1. Greek Yogurt Ranch – This dressing is packed with healthy fat & protein.
To make this ranch:
- Mix 1 container of low-fat Greek yoghurt with little water
- 1 squeezed lemon,
- ½ tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp fresh parsley
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ½ tsp dried chives
- salt & pepper
- You can add herbs & spices as per your taste.

- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup olive oil

- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp squeezed lemon

- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 date (any)
- 1-2garlic cloves
- 1tsp powdered red chilli
- Water as per consistency required
- Blend all ingredients and store them in the fridge.
