People dealing with arthritis are very well familiar with the term ‘inflammation’. With age this swelling worsens and leads to stiffness of joints causing pain.
But simply implementing certain rules in your daily routine would ease the pain and may prevent you from getting arthritis.

1. Be active
Just by investing 30 minutes into physical activity, can prevent arthritis. It helps in enhancing body movement. The joint-friendly low impact exercise like walking & jogging will give less stress to the joints. Exercising will help in muscle strengthening and overall fitness.
Being physically active can also delay the risk of arthritis and will help in maintaining a healthy bone density.
2. Good hydration
Cartilage in our joints has more water content. When there is not enough water in our body leading to dehydration, the cartilage becomes more susceptible to damage by wear and tear. The average water intake per day should be atleast 2 litres. Maintaining good hydration will help in easy movement of joints.
3. Eat well
A well-nourished diet comes with so many health benefits by preventing any kind of infection or disease. To boost immunity include whole wheat grains, fruits, vegetables, lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, milk & cheese. Eating well will help in maintaining a healthy weight and less pressure on the joints. Consume more omega -3 fatty acids which are mostly found in nuts.
4. Good posture
Watch out for your sitting or standing posture. Try to avoid bending while sitting or working. Keep your spine upright. Have repetitive movements by maintaining a range of motions.
5. Get early help
If your body starts showing the symptoms, getting an early diagnosis will help in planning effective treatment. and reduce any kind of serious joint injury.
