This Ranch Egg Salad is a creamy, flavorful twist on the classic egg salad. The combination of Greek yogurt and ranch dressing gives it a rich and tangy taste, while the crunch from celery and dill pickles adds texture. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickles
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Procedure:
