Ingredients

  • ¼ Medium Apple
  • 1 Cup Kale, sliced thinly
  • 1 Tsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 4-5 Almonds, sliced thinly
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Pecorino grated

Method

  • In a small bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk them all well.
  • In a large bowl, add sliced Kale, sliced apple, slivered dates, and almonds.
  • Sprinkle grated pecorino and drizzle the dressing.
  • Toss them well and serve.
