Ingredients
- ¼ Medium Apple
- 1 Cup Kale, sliced thinly
- 1 Tsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Dates
- 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
- 4-5 Almonds, sliced thinly
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Pecorino grated
Method
- In a small bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk them all well.
- In a large bowl, add sliced Kale, sliced apple, slivered dates, and almonds.
- Sprinkle grated pecorino and drizzle the dressing.
- Toss them well and serve.
