Lemon Coconut Smoothie

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 240 ml coconut milk
  • 120 grams Greek yogurt
  • 40 grams shredded coconut
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Procedure:
