Rajgira is a grain usually eaten in fasts, but apart from that, a cheela is something that can be enjoyed just any day.

Rajgira or amaranth is rich in iron, calcium, protein, and fiber. It helps in digestion and promotes bone health. It is also known to fight inflammation and prevent cancer.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup rajgira flour
- 3-4 tbsp water
- 1 tsp oil
- Ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste

Method:
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients except for oil and mix well into a smooth batter consistency.
