Dry Fruit Milkshake

The Dry Fruit Milkshake is a rich and creamy beverage that combines the natural sweetness of dates and raisins with the nutty flavors of almonds, cashews, walnuts, and pistachios. Infused with the aromatic essence of cardamom, this milkshake is a delightful treat that can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml almond milk/ milk 
  • 20 grams (8 – 10) almonds 
  • 20 grams (8 – 10) cashews
  • 20 grams (5 – 6) walnuts
  • 10 grams (8 – 10) pistachios 
  • 10 grams raisins
  • 10 grams (3 – 4) dates 
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Procedure:

  1. Soak the almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, raisins, and dates in warm water for about 30 minutes. This will make them softer and easier to blend.
  2. In a blender, add the soaked dry fruits along with 300 ml of milk.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add a little more milk.
  4. Add cardamom powder to the blender and blend again until well mixed.
  5. Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve immediately. You can also chill it in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
