This Oats Flour, Veggie and Egg Omelette is a delicious and savoury breakfast option, perfect for starting your day on a healthy note. Whisked together with chopped onions, tomatoes, and creamy avocado, the mixture is cooked to perfection in a skillet, creating a fluffy and flavourful omelette.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 2 whole eggs
- 30 grams oats flour
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 15 grams chopped onion
- 15 grams chopped tomato
- 15 grams avocado
- Salt as per taste
- A pinch of turmeric
- Black pepper and oregano as per taste
- 1 teaspoon oil
Procedure:
- Start by taking a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
- Heat a skillet and add some oil, pour some of the mixtures over it and toss to cook.
- Serve with mint chutney and could also be stuffed between a multigrain roti or a sourdough bread!
