This Pear Berry Salad is a refreshing, colorful dish that combines the sweetness of ripe pears and berries with the earthy crunch of walnuts and creamy feta. The honey-lemon dressing enhances the natural flavors, adding a light touch of sweetness balanced with a hint of tang. This salad is perfect for a quick, wholesome lunch or a vibrant side dish.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 1 thinly sliced pear (about 100 grams)
- 50 grams halved strawberries
- 50 grams blueberries
- 30 grams mixed salad greens (such as spinach, arugula, or lettuce)
- 10 grams roughly chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Procedure:
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
