Cucumber Lemonade

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams peeled and chopped cucumber
- 1 large lemon (about 40 ml juice), juiced
- 400 ml cold water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)
- A pinch of salt
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Procedure:
- In a blender, add the cucumber and 200 ml of cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the cucumber juice into a pitcher to remove any pulp.
- Add the lemon juice, remaining water, honey (if using), and a pinch of salt to the cucumber juice. Stir well until everything is combined.
- Pour into glasses over ice, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and enjoy immediately.
