Spinach and Mint Juice

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 100 grams spinach leaves
- 30 grams mint leaves
- 100 grams cucumber
- 1 tablespoon lemon juiced
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 300 ml water
- 2-3 dates
Procedure:
- In a blender, add the spinach leaves, mint leaves, chopped cucumber, ginger pieces, pitted dates, and water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl or jug to strain out the pulp.
- Press the mixture with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
- Add the lemon juice to the strained juice and stir well.
- Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes if desired.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of lemon.
