Mango Smoothie Bowl

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 120 grams (4 small) bananas, sliced, frozen
- 180 grams (2 medium) mangoes, sliced, frozen
- 300 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 100 grams natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 8 – 10 almonds
Procedure:
- In a blender, add the frozen fruits, almond milk and yoghurt and churn it into a smooth, thick and creamy mixture.
- Put in a serving bowl.
- Serve with chia seeds and almond flakes on top.
