Oatmeal Muffins are a nutritious and delicious snack or breakfast option. Made with wholesome ingredients like oats, mashed banana, and yogurt, these muffins have a soft and moist texture. For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 60 grams oats
- 50 grams mashed ripe banana
- 50 grams plain yogurt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 20 grams chopped nuts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Procedure:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tray with paper liners or lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, mashed banana, plain yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder salt, and chopped nuts. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the batter evenly between the 2 muffin cups in the tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tray for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
