Mango Smoothie Jar

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams peeled and diced mango
  • 150 grams plain yogurt
  • 100 ml coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey  (optional, depending on sweetness of mango)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt

Procedure:

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mango, yogurt, coconut water , chia seeds, honey (if using), lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a chilled smoothie, add ice cubes to the blender and blend again.
  2. Divide the smoothie evenly between two jars. If desired, you can create layers by adding some of the mango puree at the bottom and topping it with the smoothie mix.
