For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams cooked chicken breast, cubed or shredded
  • 80 grams halved red or green grapes
  • 50 grams finely chopped celery
  • 40 grams diced apple
  • 30 grams roughly chopped walnuts
  • 30 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Procedure:
