Basil Spinach Amla Cooler

Ingredients:
- 30 grams spinach
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves
- 1 medium amla
- 150 grams cucumber
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Water
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish
Procedure:
- Wash and chop the spinach, basil leaves, amla, and cucumber.
- In a blender, combine the spinach, basil leaves, amla, cucumber, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- For a smoother texture, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
- Pour the mixture into a jug and add water. Stir well.
- Add ice cubes if desired.
- Garnish and Enjoy.
