All you have to do is blend the coconut water and watermelon pulp together and freeze it in the Popsicle mould and it’s ready!   • Lentil-Watermelon Salad: This Refreshing Lentil-watermelon salad is a perfect side dish to be enjoyed during the scorching heat of summers. Watermelon is rich in Vitamin C, Fiber and low-calorie fruit which is 70% of water thus is said to be very healthy and refreshing. Cucumbers have high water content in them thus are a refreshing choice for your body. Avocado fruit is rich in potassium and is loaded with fibre content which helps in digestion.
