Try using a food thermometer while cooking and check if the food is cooked at the right temperature or not. Don’t forget to sanitize the food thermometer.
  • Chill: After cooking the food, make sure that you put it in the refrigerator. Adopt the two-hour rule which means storing the food within two hours of cooking. Reheat the food the next time you eat it. Read the labels of packaged products that specify the ideal storage temperature.
