CHICKPEA SANDWICH
Sandwich is a recipe which contains vegetables, and sliced cheese placed in between the bread, which is nutritional and protein-rich.
NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS
Chickpea mainly helps in digestion which is gut friendly they also help in giving stronger bones. They are high in protein, copper, magnesium, phosphorus and folate. They are superfoods in themselves
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 slices of sourdough ragi bread (or any other of your choice)
- ¼ chopped onions, bell peppers, cucumber, tomato
- ¼ cup boiled chickpea
- salt, pepper and ¼ tsp chaat masala
- Coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp of green chutney made of mint

METHODS
- In a frying pan add some olive oil. Add 1/4 cup chopped vegetables, some boiled chickpeas and smash them and saute them well with some chana masala and coriander leaves
- Then apply some green chutney to the slices of bread
- Then transfer this mixture in between two pieces of bread and gently press them well
- Then grill them for about 1 min they have cooked well
- Cut them into two pieces and serve it
