Chilled Fruit Milkshake

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 ml milk
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 100 grams mixed fruits (such as strawberries, mangoes, or peaches)
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- Ice cubes
- A pinch of cinnamon or cardamom
Procedure:
- Chop the mixed fruits into smaller pieces for easier blending.
- In a blender, combine the milk, banana, mixed fruits, yogurt, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk.
- Pour the milkshake into glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon or cardamom if desired.
