Chilled Fruit Milkshake

The Chilled Fruit Milkshake is a delightful and refreshing treat, perfect for warm days or as a quick snack. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 100 grams mixed fruits (such as strawberries, mangoes, or peaches)
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • Ice cubes
  • A pinch of cinnamon or cardamom

Procedure:
