- Kothimbir vada- It is one of the yummiest Maharashtrian snacks. It is made by mixing coriander leaves with besan and water mixture along with Indian spices. Then it is steamed to get a cake-like structure and then is cut into square pieces and served with spicy chili and mint chutney.
- Pandhra Rassa- It is one of the delicacies which comes straight from the roots of Kolhapur. Pandhara Rassa is basically a soup prepared from chicken or mutton broth along with coconut milk, sliced onion, cashew paste, green chili and other spices.
- Pav Bhaji- Pav bhaji is one dish which Marathi people kinda live for. It comprises bhaji which is made up of boiled vegetables mashed together and is spiced with special spices for that amazing flavor. This bhaji is served hot with Indian bread which is the Pav.
- Thalipeeth- Thalipeeth is basically a Multigrain pancake which is made by a flour which is the mixture of roasted rice grain, wheat, bajra, jowar, chana dal and the urad dal. This dough is kneaded along with finely chopped vegetables, green chilies and spices.
