Mug Cake

Mug cake is a sweet dessert which takes less time to take 

NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS

 As milk is added to the mug cake, they serve as a high calcium-content dessert 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup almond milk 
  • Almond flour 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon jaggery powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee 
  • A pinch of baking powder

Carbohydrates:28g Protein:5.5g
Fats:8g Calories:180kcal

METHODS

  • Take a mug and add jaggery powder, flour and baking powder to it and stir together 
  • Stir in the milk and the butter until smooth to settle down soft in the bottom of the mug
  • Cook it in the microwave for about 70-90 seconds and serve it
