Spinach Juice

Spinach Juice is a refreshing and nutrient-packed drink that combines the vibrant flavors of fresh spinach, crisp cucumber, and tart green apple. Enhanced with a zing of lemon juice and a hint of ginger, this juice is both invigorating and flavorful. The blend of ingredients provides a smooth, green beverage that’s perfect for a healthy start to your day or a revitalizing afternoon boost.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 100 grams fresh spinach leaves
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 green apple
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 200 ml water
- A pinch of salt
Procedure:
- Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly.
- Peel and chop the cucumber. Core and chop the green apple. Peel and grate the ginger. In a blender, combine the spinach, cucumber, apple, lemon juice, and ginger.
- Add water as needed to help blend the ingredients smoothly. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth. However, it is advisable to not strain the juice and have it as it is.
- Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish with a slice of cucumber or a lemon wedge if desired.
