Hemp seeds are known as a superfood. These tiny, brown seeds are extracted from the Cannabis sativa plant. It belongs to the family of marijuana but is very different from it.   • Aids digestion: Consuming hemp seeds improve your fibre intake. Fibre is a crucial element in the diet that enhances your digestive health and promotes a healthy gut. Most of the fibre is concentrated in the shell of the seeds. Removing the shell will take away the fibre from it.
