  • Sync up with Cinnamon – Cinnamon is an herb which is essential in the kitchen as well as in our health. It helps in regulating the blood flow to the uterus and treating irregular periods. Additionally, it reduces abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting during periods. For best results, add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of milk and consume it.
  • The Cumin Effect – Cumin is an effective herb to treat irregular periods. The presence of nutrients in cumin helps to contract the uterine muscles and streamline the cycle. Soak 2 teaspoons of cumin overnight in 1 cup of water and drink this decoction in the morning regularly for a few months.
  • The Daily Dose of Pineapple – Pineapple contains Bromelain, an enzyme that has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties and soften the lining of the uterus to regulate your periods. Moreover, it increases the production of red and white blood cells, which helps in blood flow.
