For all those, who have never been through it, jet lag is pretty annoying and irritating. There are various causes of jet lag on the body and it can either make you a sleepy cat or can make you a night owl. Not abiding by this, daytime tiredness, gastrointestinal problems and many others can take a toll on your body while making you quite, tired and lethargic.
What is jet lag?
Jet lag is also known as flight fatigue and disturbs the whole function of the body clock. A human body surrounds by a group of 20,000 nerve cells and when it comes under the disturbance of time zone during the time of flight, the whole group of cells disrupted and create some or other kind of problems in the body. These cells need time to modify themselves according to the change and when it cannot happen this lead to various jet lag symptoms like insomnia.

- Back to the normal sleeping schedule
