Here Are Some Hacks To Make Your Child Eat More Vegetables Throughout The Day:
- Mix Their Favourite Meal and Vegetables- as a parent you are primary gold is to see your child eat as many vegetables as possible. One way to do this is to combine their favourite meal with their favourite vegetable. This way they will be more likely to eat more of it because they’ll be eating their favourite meal and getting so many veggies in at the same time.

Using different colours, shapes, textures and flavours of vegetables can make the experience more enjoyable for your child. Try adding grated carrots and cucumbers to sandwiches or make light vegetable cups.

So, it is better we make them friends with the vegetables and make them understand that they are good for them. You could build a story around the mealtime by describing how each vegetable is grown. Like, “this carrot looks like it has been pulled out of the ground today, don’t you think?”
