How much you need?
The need for sleep is different for a different person. 8 hours of sleep is considered as good for the human body but it can vary depends upon the person. Various researches suggest that sleeping more than 9 hours a night can also be harmful to the health it can build up the calcium in the heart arteries while making it less flexible.
