You have made it through the fun part of your wedding, now is the time to look after yourself and focus on the small nitty-gritty for your big day. In this 15 day period, you have to focus on small beauty regimens to look picture perfect on your wedding day, as you will have all eyes on you. One of the most typical beauty regimes is drinking water.

Why is drinking correct quantities of water essential 15- days prior to your d-day?
Drinking enough quantities of water and keeping yourself hydrated has proven to be one of the most essential tips for any bride to be as it flushes out toxic content, it helps you promote weight loss, gives you radiant skin and regulates your body temperature. Staying hydrated saves you from pimples and blemishes and makes your skin crystal clear. Brides become very conscious for their weight and they want a leaner body, because of which they join workout classes, gyms etc., because of which again, your body needs strict hydration.

How you should have water?
First things first, you should drink at least 2-3 glasses of water as soon as you wake up. You can consume one glass of lukewarm lemon and honey water in your schedule. This will detoxify the entire system and freshen you up. Consuming 2.5-3 litres of water in a day is extremely important. In case you are bored with regular water, you can home-made fresh juices, buttermilk, coconut water, herbal tea, and infused water in your diet.
