By the time your wedding is just 10 days away, you have already started to worry about your pre-wedding nutrition diet plan and exercise regimen leading up to your big day. Every bride’s fitness and body type vary– while some prefer toning their body without moving the needle on the scale, others may be wanting to shed off some pounds. Either way, you all need a plan in place so that you can vigour your workout and get the desired shape you want your body to fit in. 

 

Here’s 5 easy 10-day workout plan every bride needs before her wedding:

 

  1. Starting with your upper body you can perform some compound exercises to hit multiple areas at once, one such easy compound exercise is push-ups, it will target your chest giving it a steady look and will help tone your arms by working on your major part of the arm, triceps.

 

  1. It is also important to incorporate shoulders to make sure that your dress doesn’t look clingy, so it is recommended to perform some lateral and front raises.

 

  1. On your wedding day it is important to not get tired, a little bent posture never looks good in photos, so go for some bent over dumbbell rows to give your lower back the strength it will need.

 

  1. Going down, focus on your bum, do some squats to target the appearance as well as your glutes and hamstrings.

 

  1. Don’t forget the legs, just focus on each and part of your legs, since you’ll be standing a lot, calf raises is a really good option to provide your claves with the strength to stand all day and look good and toned.
