We know that pre-wedding twitches are normal but they do barge in your beauty sleep which may later ruin your important day. Your bridal beauty sleep is important! Why? Let’s find out!
You need to have proper 8-9 hours of sleep. According to a study, people who get over 7 hours of sleep look energetic, attractive and healthy. Who wants to look dull and tired during their big day and that’s why sleep is important.
Don’t know how you can get more sleep? Here are some tips.
- Try taking a warm bath before sleep, that will not only make you feel relaxed but also may induce better sleep.
- Massage therapy is the best technique to calm your mind and body. Taking massage at night to reduce the feeling of anxiety, pain and depression and to improve the quality of sleep.
- Go back to the good old days and sip a cup of warm milk with turmeric and jaggery. The combination of milk and turmeric is the best to induce sleep and also boosts immunity.
- Brew some herbal tea before going to bed at night. Having herbal tea calms your body and also reduces the time taken to fall asleep. You can also try chamomile tea and passionflower tea at night.
- Magnesium is an essential mineral that is good for your health. It relieves the stress level and so helps in relaxing the muscle. Research suggests that it encourages a healthy pattern of sleep also. You can add magnesium powder in your bath water or simply have magnesium-rich foods in your diet.
