Haemophilia is a disease in which there is a lack of blood-clotting protein. It is a blood disorder in which clotting happens less frequently than normal and the person tends to bleed for longer after an injury than it would normally do. The joints experience pain and hurt very often because they are weakened and are subjected to internal bleeding. There is always a high chance of injuries with this disorder and we need to be more careful.

They include jaggery, raisins, spinach, lean meat, etc. But for optimal absorption of iron, vitamin C is needed and can be obtained through citrus fruits like oranges and lime.
Calcium is required for good bone health and can be obtained from milk, yogurt, nuts, or broccoli. Include more foods like banana, kale, egg which give the body vitamin B for the production of red blood cells.Whole grains and whole foods like beans and legumes are good sources of fibre, vitamins, and minerals.

Avoid sugary and fizzy drinks, packaged snacks, or even foods with high amounts of preservatives. Saturated fats can be unhealthy too and increase the risk of obesity.
