- Never skip your meals: While maintaining weight, people often start skipping their meals which can lead to more hunger pangs later on and slow metabolism. It is advised to not keep many gaps in between the meals say, not more than 3-4 hours. This way your body will not be short on energy sources and eventually, you will feel more energised the whole day.

- Try to cook your meals: By cooking, we are eating whole, real foods, strengthening our relationships with our friends and family by sharing meals, being more mindful about the foods we’re eating, and developing positive relationships with food as we take ownership of our choices. So, start cooking your meals by yourself to be sure of your eating habits and understand what all goes in making a delicious recipe.
- Go for season’s fresh fruits and vegetables: Make green leafy vegetables at the top of your priority list. Such vegetables like broccoli, kale, spinach, lettuce will make your skin glow and keep you healthy. Also, other vegetables like ginger, tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower, etc. acts as a great source of fibre in your diet which will boost your immune system. Fruits like blueberries, oranges, pomegranates, pear, etc, will provide the necessary antioxidants. Always remember that you are eating fruits & vegetables that are readily available in that particular season to reap out most of the benefits.
- Inculcate the habit of regular exercise: To ensure you are eating well for your body and it will prove beneficial for you, it is important to keep your focus on exercise regime too. You should exercise regularly at least 30-45 minutes a day. This will make sure all that healthy eating habits are not going in vain and giving good results.
