Dried fruit like pistachios, figs, dates, walnuts is great to add in cookies, porridge, salads, snack bars, yogurt, and much more. They help to build strong immunity and provide a bunch of healthy nutrients.
  • Go for fresh winter produce: Spring through fall isn’t the only time you can enjoy fresh produce. There is a lot of produce to look forward to buying in every season. During the winter season, you can stock up on some favourites like oranges, grapefruits, apples, kiwi, and guava. You can also fill your pantry with vegetables like carrots, brussels sprouts, Winter squash, sweet potatoes, turnips, red beets, and broccoli, to name a few.
  • Oil must be there: Do you think there is any dish is complete without the addition of oils in them? No! Right? In fact, for making salad dressings olive oil is a must to enhance its taste and flavour with keeping a close check on the quantities to be added. For making special curries and flavourful items, you can go for vegetable oil or mustard oil depending upon the requirements.
