Cold & flu is caused by a virus and is generally known as an infectious disease that affects the respiratory system. All you have to do is add a pinch of cinnamon in a half spoon of honey. Take this syrup twice a day and you will notice effective results in your cold & cough.
- Gargle is everything you need: Gargling with warm salt water is an age-old therapy that brings effective results to the cough and cold. It will also give effective results to the sore throat. Take warm water and dissolve a teaspoon of salt in it and try! Gargle at least 4 times a day.
- The steam work: Take some steam and you can easily get rid of cold. It will also loosen up the stuffy nose. Take a pot full of boiling water and breathe slowly over it.
- Drink up the turmeric milk: Turmeric helps in treating many health problems. Drink warm turmeric milk before sleeping. It will help in faster recovery from cold and cough.
