Natural and Effective Fruit Facials To Restore Glow in Winter

1- Banana and Honey face mask
One mashed banana, with a tablespoon of honey and a little squeezed lemon, is all you need for this pack. This needs only fifteen to twenty minutes of application. It is recommended to wash your face with lukewarm water afterward for good results. Bananas can be great for restoring the depleting levels of nutrients and vitamins and can reduce inflammation and acne breakouts.
2- Guava Face Mask
One of the best recommendations for the winter woes, grate guavas as per requirement, but half a cup should do the trick, and mix with honey before applying it to your skin. Leave for twenty minutes and wash off with cold water. Guavas are enriched with vitamin A and C.
3- Pomegranate Mask
Blend the pomegranate into a fine paste, you can add green tea to it for better results. Leave for twenty minutes before washing it off with cold water. Pomegranates are significantly good at reducing dull and dry skin, and more regular usage can help with skin roughness.
4- Papaya and Honey Face Pack
Papaya has a variety of nutrients like Vitamin A, E, and enzymes like papain. They are good at enhancing the complexion and works as a great moisturizer and a hydration pack. After masing the papaya mix honey and apply for fifteen to twenty minutes, then wash. Apply weekly to see good results.
5- Kiwi and Avocado Mask
Avocado is known to be great for winters, as a consumable fruit and a face pack. They are good at providing antioxidants to the skin. Avocado has been a huge success in the field of beauty. Kiwi helping in brightening skin dullness and anti-aging is promoted. The vitamin E in kiwi is a great moisturizing as well.
6- Cucumber and Milk Mask
Blend the cucumber and add milk and brown sugar to make a fine paste, and apply for twenty minutes. The cucumber gets rid of issues like tanning, inflammation and acts as a cooling, rejuvenation agent. The water content also makes the skin soft and supple.
