Try to incorporate leafy vegetables, carrot, dates, and papaya as they are a great source of vitamin A.
Flaxseed oil and some fish like salmon and sardines are rich in Omega 3 and can naturally lubricant your eyes. You can use them as supplements. You can also use eye drops for lubricating your eyes to keep them moist, especially if you wear contact lenses.
Try distancing yourself from the screen, do not hold it close your face and increase the font size if you have to. Try adjusting the brightness on your phone according to your eyes comfort. If you are watching a movie on Netflix, try to watch it on a bigger screen.
Watching your favourite movie by continuously sharing at screen leads to eye strain and makes your eyes dry. Follow the rule of 20-20-20, in particular, taking a 20 seconds screen break every 20 minutes to look at objects 20 feet away from you. So try using this rule and give your eyes rest which will further keep them moist.
