  • A well-balanced diet: Consuming a healthy and well-balanced diet is a great way to naturally boost the levels of glutathione in the body. Sulphur rich ingredients like onions and garlic can aid in this. In addition to this, various cruciferous veggies such as cabbage, mustard greens, broccoli, cauliflower and citrus fruits such as strawberries, papayas, lemons, kiwis and bell peppers are all effective in naturally increase the glutathione levels in the body.
  • Indulgence in physical activities: 30-45 minutes of regular exercising also helps in enhancing the levels of glutathione in the body. A vigorous session of aerobics, Zumba and a 20 minutes session of strength training alternately is an effective way to boost the levels of glutathione in the body.   
  • A good night sleep: Stress is one of the significant factors that aids in diminishing the levels of this antioxidant. In addition to a healthy and well-balanced diet, it is quite important to take 7-9 hours of sound sleep to enhance the glutathione in the body.
