Dietary modifications can address mild to moderate acne but for severe acne like cystic acne that are filled with pus, you might require medicinal intervention align with diet. You can try lemony green tea as a potent blend to address acne. Simply boil few green tea leaves in some water and a teaspoon of lemon juice to it. Strain and drink it hot. Ingredients which work for acne, and how best to consume it? 

We can consume in form of teas, smoothies, juices. There are some ingredients like ginger, turmeric, matcha or green tea leaves that are best consumed in tea form. Most fruits like peaches, apples, and guava can be blended to smoothies. Citrusy fruits like oranges, kiwi can be consumed as a whole. Vegetables can be blended to thick juices with least or no straining. Veggies can also be consumed in the form of soups/ salads.

Turmeric is fat soluble, so needs some fat like milk or coconut milk to be best absorbed.
