You breath is smelly- the statement can make you feel embarrassed and awkward in no time.

Bad oral hygiene is a reason for bad breath. When your oral health is not properly cleaned, then a build-up of bacteria in the mouth can cause a bad smell in your breath.  It can also cause inflammation, poisonous odours that smell like sulphur.

Be it getting out of bed, bad stomach, eating junkies- everybody suffer from bad breath at some point in lifetime. Fortunately, you can solve this problem easily. You can also drink milk as it can also help in freshen up some bad breath and odours. Try to avoid processed and packaged sugary drinks as it can become a reason for bad odours.

Parsley: Parsley is an old ingredient that can make your food healthy and delicious. But it does more than that! It can perfectly treat bad breath in no time. Parsley is packed with fresh scent and chlorophyll content that can suggest that can refresh your mouth like nothing else. All you have to do is just take some fresh leaves of parsley and chew it down after you consume your meal.

Pineapple juice: Various anecdotal reports said that pineapple juice can easily and quickly solve your problem of bad breath. All you have to do is just squeeze out some pineapple juice and consume glass after you have your meal.  You can also chew 2-3 slices of pineapple after having your meal. Always remember that rinse and gargle your mouth properly after you consume sugar, fruits and fruit juices.

Keep a check on alcohol: Smoking and alcohol lead to dry mouth which can further cause a bad smell. Consuming plentiful of wine, beer, wine or any other hard liquor can cause bad odour in your mouth. It can also affect your teeth health and overall oral hygiene.

Use less-sugary gums: Chewing sugarless gum after a meal for 20 minutes and more can help in flowing your saliva properly which can reduce the bad breath. Always remember to take sugarless gum as it won’t affect your health and do not increase the risk of cavities as well. Sugarless gum can give your mouth a cooling effect while giving you fresh breath.
