Deepika Padukone Adds a Funny Twist to her Fitness Session

The 34 year old actor, Deepika Padukone is known for her intense workout routines and killing it with her bright smile. Recently Yasmin Karachiwala took a fun video to Instagram where Deepika Padukone dressed in her black tank top and matching tights was seen focussing on battling of ropes and in the middle of it, the leading actor breaks into lungi dance as the beats change.
Her fitness trainer, Yasmin encourages her and once in an interview, she admitted that her secret is her commitment to fitness and her dedication. She told that working out makes Deepika feel really good and whether it’s 7 in the morning or sometimes even, 6 or 5 am, she makes sure that she gets a good workout before she heads for a shoot.
The actor being a fitness enthusiast is seen frequently sharing her workout videos. She also includes Pilates in her regime and recently, her trainer also posted another video of her where she was wearing a white crop top with black tights and shoes doing leg exercises. This makes it clear that she likes to keep her gym wear simple and comfortable.
Deepika was last seen in Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapak and will also be seen in Madhu Mantena’s Mahabharat. She has also announced a remake of Hollywood hit, The Intern in which Rishi Kapoor is also starring. In her upcoming projects, she will also be seen doing an untitled film alongside Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
Deepika is also a part of Kabir Khan’s 83 movie, which will have her collaborating with husband Ranveer Singh. Ranveer will be seen playing the role of cricketer Kapil Dev while Deepika will essay the role of Romi Dev. The movie captures the Indian cricket team’s historic win at the 1983 cricket World Cup.
