Some people make new year resolutions of buying a gym membership and then soon break it because of many reasons. Whereas some people skip their workout simply because they don’t have access to a gym. Most fitness freaks look up to the gym for losing some weight or gaining muscles. But it is never too easy to achieve the goals as we start giving excuses of being away from the gym and not being able to workout solely due to that reason. But is that even fair? The actress has many scripts already lined up and different shoot demands, sometimes indoors, sometimes outdoors, where she can’t even find a gym. But that does not mean she can skip her workout because when that happens, it can continue for days and weeks.
Kriti Sanon gives out motivation to workout even without a gym as she posts a video of her working out with her coach and her stylist, on her sets in Ladakh. She is doing squats and lunges with the weight of a big stone, just by the side of a road, near the mountains.
She says who needs a gym to work out, which is true by all means. If someone is deeply dedicated to their fitness and body, they can find space and time to work out anywhere.
If we treat our bodies like a temple and show the utmost dedication to a healthy lifestyle, then nothing can come in the way of success and our goals. Not being able to access the gym is just an excuse for a lazy bum, a fitness freak like Kriti Sanon can make her own space for working out and dedicating some time to her fitness regime. Finding a space close to nature and indulging yourself in some strength training by doing lunges, squats, push-ups, etc. will never make you feel like you missed a good workout session because of work.
