Novameat revealed ‘Steak’ made of Pea, Seaweed and Beetroot Juice

A food tech start-up firm Novameat discloses that their plant-based steak is all set to hit the market. Steak is generally a slice of meat but this firm developed a new plant-based steak that is made up of pea, seaweed and beetroot juice and is equally rich in fibre with the perfect firmness.
The firm is still working on its taste and the real look of the steak and they said that their new formation will be launched in Spain and Italy in 2021.
The firm has high hopes from their new creation. The company developed this steak by using its micro-extrusion technology that makes fibres of 100 and 500 microns in diameter. Giuseppe Scionti, founder of Novameat said that it costs equal to supermarket steak earlier but when we gauge up the procedure, the prices of the steak will dropdown.
Various companies in the market are hitting their various new creations but Novameat is only one of many firms that are manufacturing and taking advantage of plant-based meats. The company is all busy to re-create the final looks using its 3D printing so that they can give high-quality fibres from plant-based steak to generate muscle tissue and fat.
