After the amazing weekend filled with relaxation, comfort, and lots of food and movie binges, we all need some Monday motivation to give the week a head start. And we also tend to slough to take out time for our workout. Be it in professional or personal life, motivation is needed to go ahead with the tiring and soul-wrenching week.
Shilpa Shetty is one of the fittest actresses we can be inspired by. She is always dedicated to her healthy lifestyle, be it good food or a good workout. We all must be eyeing her fitness routine to stay fit and toned. A day packed with commitments must not deter us from spring some time for fitness. And Shilpa tries her best to make the most of her time even in between work or even travel. Yes! Travel. Can we ever think of squeezing a workout in on an airport? I guess not. But the actress once again gave us a reason to follow her for fitness choices and advice. Shilpa Shetty is seen giving us Monday motivation on her latest post on Instagram, where she is doing push-ups, pull-ups, and lunges on her way back home, on an airport bus.
All push-ups, pull-ups, and lunges help improve the body’s balance and strength. Push-ups and pull-ups are known to tone our arms, and protect our shoulders and lower back from injuries. They also help build a strong core by keeping the core muscles engaged. Lunges, on the other hand, strengthen the legs by involving the calves and hamstrings. Additionally, these exercises tone our body and just are easier to incorporate movement in between work.
Shilpa Shetty also mentioned that she accomplished two missions, Fit India and Swachch Bharat Abhiyan. Fit India because she did some exercises to promote her fitness and later cleaned the handles she was using for her workout. She is one of dedication herself and never misses to motivate us too. If she can make time for a workout on an airport bus, then why can’t we get up from our seats and integrate some movement into our routine also. Start small with light exercises like walking, jogging, and strength training, and then move on to weight training and more intense strength training.
Over To You:
Taking out time for some physical movement, from our busy schedule can be tough but it can be a blessing for your body. Take some inspiration from the dedicated actress and start working out today.
