Fats shall be a staple part of our diet as they provide us with nutrients that the body can’t produce itself. But we are often so intimidated to consume them. Why exactly? Because they might interfere with our weight loss goals or increase our waistline? Or they would make our body unhealthy? None is true for the right amount of and the right quality of fats consumed.
