It has been emphasized always that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Hence, try to treat yourself with wholesomeness each morning. When you start your day with a glass or two of warm water, you light up the digestive fire. You can also choose to squeeze in some lemon for an enhanced process of detoxification. Make sure that the water is just slightly above the room temperature, not hot. Also, you can follow this up with herbal tea and some fruit for a refreshing start to the day.
This point can’t be stressed enough. Try to get up a little early if you are not able to make time for a mindful start of the day. If you begin in a rush, it is likely that you will end up being fussy, stressed and anxious in the day.
