You must have heard about pre-workout drinks but a refreshing, chilled and nutritious post-workout drink can not only help in repairing the damage in muscles but also fills you up with proper energy and much-needed enthusiasm to make your day happy, blissful and optimistic. Here are some home-made drinks that can easily be prepared in just a few minutes and can replenish you while preventing you from muscle fatigue, cramps, dizziness, mental confusion and nausea.

Instead of relying on the packaged sports or energy drinks why not try these supernatural drinks that only require a few ingredients from your kitchen cabinets. Prepare these superb energy-boosting drinks at home to revive your energy levels after a workout.

  • Chia and berry blush: Berries are filled with essential nutrients like antioxidants, fibre and Vitamin C and are extremely beneficial for the overall health and well-being. On the other hand, chia seeds are rich in fibre, omega 3s fatty acids, protein and other various nutrients and the blend of both of these can easily replenish you like no other.
