Diwali is gone, and no doubt we all are bushwhacked after the festivities. Summoning about whatever happened in the recent past makes us regret at another level. Attending parties, binge eating those richly outstanding foods, sleepless nights and whatnot. Haven’t said enough, we all made the most out of Diwali. Don’t get hyped up we all are on the same page, here’s a quick routine for you that will bring back the roses in your cheeks and bounce in your step.

Water is the key element to excrete out all the toxins from your body. A human body should have 2-3 litres of water every day. Try different varieties of detox drinks by adding lemon, cucumber, and mint leaves for a refreshing taste and effective results. You can also add home-made buttermilk, coconut water in your diet to keep yourself energetic and hydrated.
It is very important to have a good quality sleep. Ensure that you have at least 7-8 hours of sleep regularly to stay fit and active. Sleep accumulates all the harmful toxins you makeover the day. A night of good sleep soothes your mind and body and keeps you happy and energetic throughout the day.
Try to cut down your caffeine and alcohol intake for a few days. We are sure you must have had more than a passable amount of both during the festival. Instead, have a cup of herbal tea or green tea of your choice. Even though caffeine is good for digestion, too much can really be harmful so keep an eye on its consumption.
