Avocado & Beans Thins

Avocado and Beans thins is an amazing snack to munch upon. It is a wholesome snack filled with the goodness of Protein and fiber.

Nutritional benefits –

Avocado fruit is rich in potassium and is loaded with fiber content which helps in digestion. It also contains fatty acids which are good for controlling Cholesterol and other heart problems. Tomatoes are rich in fiber, potassium, vitamin C and Antioxidant levels. Tomatoes are rich in choline which is said to have a positive effect on heart diseases. Tomatoes also contain a considerable amount of folate and vitamin k.

Ingredients –

  • 20 grams whole wheat bread
  • 20 grams boiled Rajma
  • 20 grams Avocado
  • 20 grams onion
  • 20 grams tomato
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon chopped coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Method –

1. Take 2 breads and roll these breads into thin sheets.
2. Then take a bowl and add Boiled rajma, avocado, finely chopped onions and tomatoes.
3. Then add lime juice, finely chopped coriander salt and pepper as per taste.
4. Cut the bread triangles or desired shape and scoop in the stuffing and serve.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve with garnished coriander
