  • Eat Fewer Refined-Grain Carbs and More Whole-Grain Carbs: Many people think that carbs are bad for health and start skipping it. But carbs are extremely vital for the ideal health. The only twist while consuming carbs is the ‘type of carbs’ you are choosing. Always choose healthy carbs which are found in whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds and bid adieu to bad carbs which is present in white flour, sugar items, chocolates, and cakes
  • Snack on healthy alternatives: Many people ditch snacking between meals as they think that it can lead to weight gain. But let us tell you that snacking is never a bad option- your health depends upon the type of snacks you are choosing.
